Owner's Story
Dennis Gunder, a Hoosier native, came from Northeast Indiana, to teach in Southwest Alaska, in the small village of Kongiganak on the Mouth of the Kuskokwim River. There he met my Mother, Elmie Jimmy. Dennis became a pilot and landlord in Bethel, Alaska. This is where my family's story began.
