Owner's Story
My mother grew up in Chicago during the Great Depression. They were poor in a way that is hard to explain now — real hunger, real cold, real worry every single day. She lived to eighty-nine. She never threw away a single piece of foil or string or rubber band. She loved this country fiercely, the way only someone who survived something can. This hex is for her.
