Owner's Story
My father worked nights at a warehouse near Baltimore for most of my childhood.
He slept when the rest of us were awake and left for work when dinner was cooling on the stove. I remember his lunch bag by the door, his work boots on newspaper when it rained, and the way he tried to be quiet in the morning even though the floorboards always gave him away.
He missed some things. He made possible more than we understood.
This place on the Maryland map is for the people who built family lives on night shifts and tired mornings.
